Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Return

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to your orders
  2. Select the item you wish to return
  3. Fill out the return request form
  4. Wait for approval from our support team
  5. Package the item securely and ship it back

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Replacements

When Can You Request a Replacement?

You can request a replacement if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Replacements are subject to product availability.

Replacement Process

  2. Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item if applicable
  3. Our team will review your request and approve if eligible
  4. We will ship the replacement item once approved

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Some items may not be eligible for return (e.g., personalized items, perishables)
  • Refunds exclude original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error
