Delivery Fees by City

Free Delivery for Orders Over 1000 EGP

Orders with a total value of 1000 EGP or more qualify for free delivery, regardless of your city. This applies to the total order value (all items combined from all vendors).

Delivery fees vary by city and are calculated automatically at checkout based on your selected delivery address. All fees are displayed before you complete your purchase.

All orders are shipped from our central warehouse. This ensures consistent quality control and efficient order processing for all customers across Egypt.

Once your order is shipped, you can track its status through your account. You'll receive updates when your order is out for delivery and when it's been delivered.

Important Information

  • Free delivery applies automatically for orders with a total value of 1000 EGP or more
  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and cannot be changed after order placement
  • If a city is not available for delivery, you'll be notified during checkout
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled due to our error
  • For orders with multiple items from different vendors, the free delivery threshold applies to the total order value (all items combined)
  • You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, additional fees may apply for re-delivery
