What DiFenit Accounts does today.
These are the modules in the Windows app. The phone is view only, and DiFenit POS is a separate product that is not available yet.
Sales invoices
Cash, credit, and partial. Each invoice has a serial number such as SA-0148.
Purchase invoices
Purchases from suppliers, each with a number such as PU-0021.
Returns
Sales returns and purchase returns, each with its own number.
Cash box and the day
Receipts, payments, and expenses, the day balance, and day close.
Customers and suppliers
A statement for every customer and supplier, with what is owed each way.
Items
Each item under its code exactly as you type it, priced per piece. Codes that look alike stay separate items. The app does not rely on barcodes.
Stock
Opening stock, stock count, quantity adjustments, and transfers between warehouses.
Books
Chart of accounts, journal entries, the general ledger, and period locks so a closed period stays closed.
Reports
Ready reports and a report builder, printing, export to Excel, and item import from Excel.
Users
Owner, accountant, and cashier, with permissions for each, and an audit log of every change.
Backups and amounts
An encrypted backup on the computer. Amounts are shown like 4,706,000.00 EGP.
Phone
View-only summaries of the day, and a payment notice, for people whose phone access is turned on. Entries and edits stay on the desktop app.
Offline
Connection dropped? Work goes on.
The app runs on the computer itself. Your entries are saved locally and uploaded to the cloud when the connection returns.

No. You find an item by its code exactly as you type it, and codes that look alike stay separate items.
Does it run on more than one computer?
Yes. Each new device needs approval before it works on your account.
What does the phone show?
View-only summaries of the day, and you can send a payment notice from it. Entries and edits happen in the desktop app.
How do I get the app?
The installer is not downloaded from this site yet. After your account is activated, the DiFenit team sends it to you.
